In accordance with established data protection law, ITI ensures that it meets the safety standards required by the Organic Law 15/1999 on the 13th December, regarding Protection of Personal Data, by Royal Decree No. 994/1999, dated June 11, which approved the regulations on safety measures of automated files containing personal data, as well as all the international, state or federal rules, governing the subject. 

ITI ensures each and every one of the principles of confidentiality, in both the collection and processing of their data. Furthermore, the purpose of this clause is to make the Privacy Policy available to Users so that at any moment, they can decide prior to providing information and voluntarily express consent, if they wish to provide personal data as may be required in certain services that are available on this website.

However, ITI incorporates in those services where they collect the personal data of Users; the clause specifies that this policy goes into effect. The User is at all times be able to access and understand this through the "Privacy Policy" link, present in all the sections of this Website, the policy that ITI follows regarding data protection, especially in regard to the use and handling of data of
personal nature.

ITI has taken the safety measures regarding protection of personal data required by law, and has installed all the technical means and measures in its power to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of personal data. Purpose of collection and automated processing of personal data

The collection and automated processing of personal data, as a result of browsing through the pages of the Website for the consultation, application or subscription to any service/s, aims to provide the User, in addition to the maintenance of the established contractual relationship, management, administration, presentation, expansion and improvement of services to which the User chooses to subscribe, register or use, and the adequacy of those services to the preferences and needs of the User.

It also aims to carry out a quantitative and qualitative study of the visits and the use of services by Users and design new services related to the services provided by ITI and its updates. Also, using the operational and technical information, sent through traditional and electronic means, related to the specific parameters selected by the User in the form of subscription forms, surveys or commercial information or advertising about the services offered by the ITI or by companies associated with it.

ITI will use the personal data provided by you only for the stated purposes. It will not share the information with third parties unless required by law or legal procedures, and under no circumstances will this type of information will be sold. 

The personal data as required by ITI in its services "Job Offers" and "Job Opportunities" will be treated confidentially and solely for the purpose of considering present or future selection processes. The ITI will cancel and erase data when found to be inaccurate, incomplete or no longer necessary or appropriate for its purpose, in accordance with the law on protection data. 

Under no circumstance will ITI use the personal data of Users for purposes other than those mentioned above, except after a warning contained in the Website, allowing reasonable time for the User's opposition to such action.

The only communications conducted by e-mail will be those that have been expressly permitted or authorized by recipients in accordance with the law 34/2002, on July 11, regarding Information Services and Electronic Commerce, except as provided by Article 21.2 of Law 34/2002 of Services of the Society of Information and Electronic Commerce, in writing given by the final provision of the First of the new Law of General Tele-communications.
